So, what options are available?

Personal Training – Working with Head Coach Steve exclusively. This consists of 3 sessions per week with a focus to help you reach your goal. Nutritional guidance, monthly body fat calliper measurements, weekly check ins. 1:1 or 2:1 options available. Month to Month Plan

Online Coaching – This consists of a progressive monthly plan with an option to extend and renew month to month. Nutritional guidance, daily and weekly check ins and monthly Zoom calls. Month to Month Plan

Transformation Package – The focus on this is to drop up to 24kg of body fat within 12 weeks*! This consists of a 12 week plan with 3 sessions per week Personal Training and an additional 2 x sessions per week that will be assigned to you to complete individually. Nutritional guidance, monthly body fat measurements, daily and weekly check ins. The full fee is to be paid in advance and can be renewed once the 12 weeks are completed. 12 Week Plan

Please Note: * Dependant on the individual. Each recurring renewal fee is due on the 1st of each month in advance. Sessions are part of a package deal and are not subject to a set amount of sessions in any given month. + Minimum commitment of 3 months for any plan.
